For years properties have been advertised on the AirBnB, HomeAway/VRBO platforms. In 2016, when HomeAway/VRBO was bought out by Expedia, they started adding fees for both the property host and the guest. In addition, their policies regarding direct communication have bee getting progressively more restrictive.

If you find a property online with a long history of good reviews, you should do a search on the property name or the owner´s name. Most owners would be happy to book direct and it would save you 5-25%. Also there is a look-up software written by a vacation rental owner in Europe – www.StaySavr.com/look You can look up owner contact info on pre-2016 listings on HomeAway/Vrbo.

Please see our cancellation policy below:

Details: Our moderate cancellation policy allows guests to cancel the booking up to 5 days prior to arrival.
Within the deadline: Guests will receive a full refund of their booking and Orinth Properties will not charge any money for the booking.
After the deadline: In case of late cancellations, guests will be charged for one night and 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded.
After arrival: If the guest cancels the booking after its arrival at the accommodation, they will be charged for the number of nights they have stayed, one additional night and will be refunded 50% of the remaining nights not used.

We do not permit pets on the property. We do permit Service Animals as defined below:

Service Animal: A dog or miniature horse that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities.

Please not that a service animal must be under the control of its handler. Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless the individual’s disability prevents using these devices or these devices interfere with the service animal’s safe, effective performance of tasks. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls.

Please disclose that you are bringing a service animal so we can make appropriate accommodations.

Your Security and Privacy are taken very seriously. We have External Security Cameras/audio recording devices that ONLY record the front door, rear door and driveway/side yard area. No cameras record anything past the door threshold.

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we’ve partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest- screening provider.

Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
